    Store Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store's success through effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
    • strategic decisions to maximize revenue.
    • Implement promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution.
    • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
    • Promote a positive shopping experience for all customers.
    • Oversee stock levels and order merchandise as needed.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage shrinkage.
    • Coordinate with vendors and manage deliveries.
    • Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and effective.
    • Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
    • Manage store layout and ensure proper product placement.
    • Prepare and manage the store budget.
    • Monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
    • Handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
    • Manage store cleanliness and maintenance.
    • Ensure that store equipment is functional and well-maintained.
    • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

    • Represent the store at community events and promote the brand locally.

    Qualifications

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of retail management experience.
