    Strategy Assistant, Document Control (NYSC)

    Job Description

    • We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Strategy Assistant to join our team.
    • In this role, you will document collation and monitoring to support our strategic initiatives and business operations.
    • Suppose you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in strategic support and document management. In that case, we invite you to apply and join our team at Atlantic Fenders and Support Services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in document management, data analysis, or administrative support roles preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document collation and data entry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Interest in the maritime industry and strategic planning is a plus.
