    Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the lounge and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
    • Monitor and manage staff performance, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Handle special requests and resolve issues to enhance the guest experience.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of service and professionalism.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
    • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory to maintain quality and compliance with health regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the lounge and restaurant areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Implement and uphold quality control procedures for food and beverage service.
    • Assist in budgeting and cost control for the lounge and restaurant operations.
    • Monitor financial performance and provide input on pricing, promotions, and revenue-generating strategies.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Address any operational issues related to food and beverage service.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred with 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a restaurant or lounge setting.
    • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and quality control.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
