    Talent Aquisition Executive

    Job profile:

    The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and attracting top talent for Cemex Portals Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and human resources, with a focus on identifying and onboarding exceptional candidates. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the company’s growth by building a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

    1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
    2. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that align with company goals.
    3. Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source both active and passive candidates.
    4. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and innovative recruitment strategies.
    5. Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
    6. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
    7. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
    8. Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

    1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
    2. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various roles, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    5. Proficient in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
    6. A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
