Job Details

1. Provide technical direction or support to installation and repair teams during installation, testing, system commissioning, repairs or performance monitoring
2. Develop a technical problem resolution and escalation process
3. Provide support to the Customer Care Agents in troubleshooting technical issues.
4. Develop standard procedures and quality or safety standards for installation and repairs
5. Identify means to reduce costs, minimize risks, and increase efficiency of solar installation projects
6. Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
7. Develop, design specifications and functional requirements for residential commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components.
8. Develop standard operation procedures and quality standards for solar installation work
9. Review specifications and recommend engineering changes to achieve solar design objectives.
10. Plan and coordinate installations in compliance with safety standards
11. Estimate materials, equipment, and personnel needed for residential or commercial solar installation projects.
12. Report any malfunctioned equipment to the Company immediately for rectification
13. Prioritize and optimize for highest speed in execution.
14. Advise management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
15. Develop and run market tests on new products (including components and accessories) that can meet the customers’ energy needs and functional requirements.
16. Develop/Review design specifications & functional requirements, test run products and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes.
