Qualifications

Audio Visual

• Support in studio productions in a directorial and producing capacity.
• Support camera-related tasks in and out of the office as assigned by the Head of Productions.
• Attend events for footage, information gathering and reporting.
• Maintain the broadcast equipment under the head of production’s supervision.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of all equipment assigned to you.

Livestream

• Plan, build and maintain WebTV livestream/broadcast.
• Plan and execute all field live stream productions.
• Measure and report the performance of livestream productions.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Manage other WebTV livestream-related productions as directed by the HoU.

Video Editing

• Edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
• Take briefs to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Create rough and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.
• Maintaining and keeping up to date with latest softwares, applications and technology for editing.
• Maintaining the company’s video library online and offline.
