    Technical Program Manager

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • The Technical Program Manager will be a seasoned agile-scrum master, focused on the orchestration of firm resources across all practice areas. Their primary goal is to ensure the successful delivery of projects for a diverse and distinct client set. This role is pivotal in leading all agile-scrum planning and execution within the firm, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The primary job duties include the following:
    • Leading and coordinating the planning and execution of agile-scrum projects.
    • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
    • Forecasting the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration.
    • Ensuring the agile/scrum process is implemented effectively and provides coaching and training at the team level.
    • Managing stakeholders and external interfaces.
    • Setting up and managing project and sprint backlogs.
    • Shielding the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
    • Resolving conflicts and issues that occur.
    • Reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in a strategic planning, project management, or chief of staff role, preferably within a similar industry.
    • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, and task facilitation.
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and
    • stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
    • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agile methodologies, with a proven track record as a scrum master or technical program manager.
    • They will be a skilled communicator, adept at managing diverse teams and complex projects, with an ability to motivate and drive teams towards success.
    • The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large, cross functional projects and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • They should be well-versed in various agile methodologies and have strong problem-solving skills. A certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies would be highly advantageous.
