    Technical Recruiter

    About Us

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for the oil and gas sector.

     Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various technical roles within the oil and gas industry, including engineering, operations, and field services.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Manage the complete recruitment process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional candidate delivery.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
    • Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including technical roles and skill sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

     Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific job boards and networking platforms.
    • Bilingual (English and another language) is a plus.
