    Territory Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Oversee sales operations within a designated geographic area.
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including expanding into new markets and securing new customer accounts.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
    • Negotiate sales contracts with key customers, ensuring favorable terms aligned with company objectives.
    • Coordinate and execute promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
    • Manage the sales budget for the territory, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 6-8 years of sales experience in the agricultural, poultry, or food industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • In-depth knowledge of the agricultural and poultry industries.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
    • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to satisfaction.
    • Adaptable and able to adjust strategies based on market conditions.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans.
    • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
