    Training and Consulting Manager

    Role Purpose:

    • Training & Consulting Delivery Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs and consulting services to clients. T
    • he ideal candidate will lead a team of trainers and consultants, working closely with clients to assess their needs, design customized solutions, and deliver high-quality training and consulting services to drive business results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Excellence:

    • Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing tailored consulting and training solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Ensure the successful execution and delivery of consulting and training projects, with a focus on quality, relevance, and impact.
    • Cultivate strong client relationships and understand their learning and development needs.
    • Collaborate with clients and client engagement team to customize consulting and training solutions.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise and guidance.

    Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a team of consultants and trainers with expertise in but not limited to project management, change management, and business analysis.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team

    Business Growth

    • Contribute to revenue growth by securing repeat business from existing clients and identifying opportunities for new client engagements.
    • Expand the company’s offerings with insights from client engagement and new trends in the market.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and certifications.
    • Ensure that consulting and training services comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
    • Encourage and support team members in obtaining relevant certifications and qualifications.

    Requirements (Qualification/ Experience):

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Development, Management, Engineering).
    • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in training and consulting in project management, agile methodologies, change management, business analysis, and performance management.
    • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, and Prosci are a strong advantage.
    • Strong understanding of the business transformation landscape, including business model innovation, and operating model.
