    Training Facilitator

    • A Business and Employability Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering training programs aimed at enhancing participants' business acumen and employability skills.
    • The role involves creating engaging learning experiences, fostering a conducive learning environment, and supporting participants in achieving their career goals.

    Responsibilities

    Training Delivery:

    • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various business and employability topics.
    • Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and simulations.
    • Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to participants.
    • Utilize technology effectively to enhance training delivery.

    Participant Assessment:

    • Develop and administer pre and post-training assessments to measure participant learning outcomes.
    • Provide constructive feedback on participant performance.
    • Track participant progress and achievements.

    Program Evaluation:

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance data.
    • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancement.

    Industry Engagement:

    • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
    • Build relationships with industry professionals to enhance training relevance.
    • Identify potential employment opportunities for participants.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources.
    • Prepare training reports and documentation.
    • Maintain participant records and comply with relevant data protection regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in training and facilitation.
    • Strong knowledge of business principles, entrepreneurship, and employability skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using technology for training delivery and assessment.
    • Experience in working with diverse populations.

    Desired Skills

    • Certification in training and development.
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
    • Experience in career counseling or job placement.
    • Proficiency in multiple languages
