    Training Officer

    A vacancy has arisen in a leading Corporate Services Company

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Management, or related field.
    • MBA/ Masters in Business-related course is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ post NYSC work experience preferably in a consulting or training institute in a similar role.
    • Strong researching, presentation, and reporting skills.
    • Good communication and people management skills.
    • Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
    • Attention to details and a well-organized approach to work.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Strong Negotiation Skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point and Microsoft Excel.
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Customer service orientation.

    Job Description

    • Analyse our client’s training needs, research, and develop a suitable curriculum. 
    • Provide support on all open enrolment and bespoke training engagements - preparation of budgets, venue sourcing, liaising with prospective attendees, identifying facilitators e.t.c
    • Develop content (course content, training modules and presentation slides) for all open enrolment and bespoke training programmes.
    • Design and develop training programmes for bespoke training events.
    • Market training programs to previous participants, existing clients, and new prospects.
    • Provide timely and quality feedback of all training programmes.
    • Prepare training reports for bespoke trainings.
    • Generate creative ideas on additional services to be offered by the Unit on an ongoing basis.
    • Carry out extensive research on a bi – annual basis on new trends and developments in the training areas covered.
    • Source for and prepare case studies for use at training programmes.
    • Work with clients to identity training gap and develop training plan to meet skill gap.
    • Providing quality assurance on all training exercises.
    • Assisting with the preparation of various training programs using various modes of delivery. 
    • Administering and evaluating training program qualification tests and determining the eligibility of prospective attendees. 
    • Coordinating, compiling, and recording Post Training evaluation reports, for relevant references.
    • Budget preparation.
    • Marketing and business development activities.
    • All other tasks as shall be assigned.
