    Training Sales Officer (Information Technology Firm)

    About Company: Our client is a reputable Information Technology firm with offices located in Nigeria, United Kingdom and other countries in the middle east. The company focuses on rendering technology, management consulting and outsourcing services.

    The Company is seeking to hire a Training Sales Officer who will be responsible for promoting, marketing and selling of training products.

    The ideal candidate is to ensure hitch-free internal and external customer experience through the sales of training services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execution of the firm’s annual training calendar
    • Implementing sales systems, processes, and procedures that manage the company’s online and offline sales
    • Planning and managing marketing campaigns that deliver stakeholder value
    • Increase the quality and quantity of client database
    • Manage social and all marketing and sales media
    • Conducting analysis, research and data collection to improve and monitor sales and marketing performance;
    • Preparing business proposals/presentations and reports;
    • Conducting analysis, research and data collection;
    • Client relations management; maintaining relationships and generating referrals and business

    • Manage client databases, ensure up to date
    • Record keeping of relationship management activities
    • Updating training related information on company website
    • Co-ordinating projects and programmes;
    • Marketing all company services and training programmes via email, social media using direct/indirect channels;
    • Keep accounts of expenditure and expenses by processing returns/reimbursement on expenditure embarked upon
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as directed
    • Providing weekly reports on work status
    • Planning and executing quarterly performance

    Requirements

    • A good degree in any course
    • Professional qualification not mandatory but recognized
    • 1-3 years minimum experience in a similar function

    Competencies: 

    • Ability to communicate effectively using all means of communication;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Develop with genuinely innovative solutions and to anticipate client problems
    • Constantly increase own knowledge base and manage own development
    • Work within a team to achieve team objectives
    • Pay attention to detail and required quality
    • Comfortable working with MS suite (especially powerpoint and word) and conversant with web 2.0 technology.
    •  Strong computer and internet research skills
    • Project co-ordination and management
    • Technical knowledge of the specific area of assignment and of overall company activities

    Benefits

    • 1-3 years’ experience: NGN75,000 - NGN100,000 plus commission
    • 4 -8 years’ experience: NGN125,000 - NGN200,000 plus commission
