• Make Flight reservations and confirmations online (International & Domestic).
• Management of flight tickets e.g. cancelation reschedules.
• Prepare daily commercial flight manifest for passengers travel the next day and prepare pickup reports based on manifest.
• Coordinate the arrival pickup and departure drop-off of International & local airport passengers.
• Facilitate/coordinate passenger service check-in, boarding and validate flight manifest.
• Assist the Aviation group in capturing Los/Esc requests.
• Liaison with aircraft service providers, dispatching and flight following activities.
• Monitor loading and unloading baggage and cargo Handle and oversee international and domestic flight reservations and confirmations.
• Arrange hotel reservations.
• Handle hotel audit inspections with the relevant team and prepare reports.
