Vendor Sourcing & Management Officer at Eloquent Touch Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Vendor Sourcing and Management Officer to join our ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing vendors to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain. Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, and delivery times
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform vendor selection
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1 2 years of experience in vendor sourcing & procurement, 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Experience with contract management and negotiation
• Knowledge of ecommerce industry and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vendor management software and tools
• Certification in procurement 
• Use of Excel
