    Victim Advocacy Unit Volunteer

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to engage with calm and empathy in moments of crisis.
    • Willingness to find the best solution even with minimal resources.
    • Ability to navigate Google Suite and Drive, especially Forms and Sheets.
    • Principled in centering survivors in response and prevention of SGBV.
    • Ability to listen and communicate clearly to others and about themselves
    • A working phone that is WhatsApp enabled and can send and receive calls and SMS texts.
    • At least 1 year experience working/volunteering with an NGO in a similar role will be an added advantage.
