    VIP Sales Manager

    About the job

    • The VIP Sales supports the business to delivers outstanding customer service to customers, ensuring the achievement of the category target (sales and profitability), Building client loyalty through the quality of their welcome, their ability to understand customers’ expectations, and the pertinence of their advice.

    DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES

    • To achieve the annual sales and revenue target.
    • To ensure that the service point procedures are adhered to.
    • Accountable for reporting and updating management on sales, customer footfall and profitability activities of the sales team.
    • To supervise the sales executives reporting process and guarantee daily, weekly and Monthly submission of reports.
    • To preside over the weekly Monday meeting which will include role play, visual merchandising and product knowledge
    • To revive all major dormant accounts into active buying customers.
    • To resuscitate past corporate accounts, government business and sign-up new clients
    • To sell all product category of brands carried by the company in volume for high-end.
    • To initiate commercial transactions with all current and prospective clients of the company
    • To actively develop, recruit new customers and sell into all sales channels B2C, B2B, B2G
    • Provide excellent customer relationship management and after sales service.
    • To sell out all inventory of ageing products.
    • To oversee the activities of the account & inventory officer/office assistant and other staff.

    FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (candidates with international degrees are encouraged to apply)

    YEARS AND FIELD OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Preferably 10 - 15 years’ work experience in sales with over 7 years in managerial level
    • Experience in top luxury companies and top tier banks will be an added advantage
    • Candidate with work experience managing high networth individuals
    • Candidates with work experience working as Affluent and private banker
    • A repat and cosmopolitan person
