• Overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Managing inventory.
• Overseeing shipping and receiving processes.
• Develop and modify procedure related with warehouse.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Managing warehouse staff, vehicles, and equipment.
• Source for materials based on requisition.
• Work with MTCE & Warehouse Manager on vendor selection and awarding of order or supply contract.
• Accomplish requisitions and forward for validation and approval.
• Follow up on pending deliveries.
• Schedule and assist in final inspection of materials by QA/QC or user department.
• Help with dispatching/receiving materials at main store and satellite stores.
• To carry out my duties in a safe manner by taking responsibility for my own health and safety and that of the people who may be affected by my actions.
• To prevent work related accidents and illnesses in my workplace through compliance to HSE policies, procedures and safe work instructions.
