What You'll Do:

• Lead and organize our workshop manufacturing processes, ensuring we meet all targets for quantity, quality, costs, and project requirements.
• Manage and maintain all machinery and equipment for optimal efficiency and quality.
• Strictly enforce Health & Safety standards and promote good housekeeping practices.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Use computer systems for cutting lists, delivery notes, and job cost control.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure their needs are met in terms of design, product, and timelines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project manager and managing director to understand weekly requirements and changes.
• Hold weekly production and contracts meetings to update on job progress and delivery schedules.
• Conduct health and safety meetings and Tool Box Talks.
• Assign tasks to workshop labor and ensure clarity on requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to delivery dates.
• Continuously suggest ideas to improve efficiencies.
• Oversee ongoing training and development of staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of time sheets.
• Conduct interviews for production staff candidates.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: FSLC, OND, NCE, HND or B.SC
• Experience: 3-10 years in a similar role
