    Account Partner

    Job Responsibilities

    • Increase Company's market share by achieving set target through the acquisition of new accounts as well as development and maintenance of current accounts.
    • Account for the fulfilment of the sales process - from lead generation to bill delivery.
    • Seek new clients and create more business opportunities daily, from existing clients so as to Increase company revenue.
    • Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income using the data mining system.
    • Carry out continuous analysis of relevant industry, to identify new prospects or opportunities for the corporate sales department
    • Prepare and present all corporate sales (weekly and monthly), contractual documentation and status reports according to company's quality standards.

    • Log all customer requests for service, queries and complaints, escalate and troubleshoot where necessary.

    • Maintain excellent partnership-relationships with customers, based on trust and an in-depth understanding of the customers’ business
    • Assist customers in understanding the value proposition and differentiations of the compnay'sdata products and services.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 3 years working experience in the area of specialisation; with experience working with others
    • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Fluent in English.

    Coordinator, Release Management

    Job Description

    • Responsible for integrating IT Release management activities into the overall project and demand management plan.
    • Drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the Releases impacting the business.
    • Innovative approaches to the analysis of information and generation of useful information from it.
    • Coordinate and manage the process of planning, building, testing and deployment of hardware, application and software and version control and storage of software and releases
    • Coordinate, convenes, and facilitates Release Management meetings and maintain a schedule of approved and tentative releases
    • Verify the completeness and timeliness of Release information entered into the system and follows up on non-compliant release to the process.
    • Coordinate and monitor the patch management process to guide against viral attack
    • Ensure the effective monitoring of patches deployed in the environment
    • Refine processes that identify, control, maintain and verify all changes and releases in controlled environments
    • Experienced in the integration of ITIL processes (Change, capacity and availability, service monitoring and reporting, service asset and configuration, demand management to the release management process
    • Identify improvement areas in the project delivery cycle and implement lessons learnt following project closure
    • Ensure adherence to and alignment with change management process
    • Conduct post implementation reviews for all products and services, maintaining an updated tracker for all identified issues while ensuring prompt resolution within agreed SLAs
    • Maintain standard environment for UAT, PROD, DR with adequate records, documents and evidences updated within ITSM tool
    • Produce ad hoc resource usage reports and analysis
    • Create monthly, quarterly release schedule calendar and ensure compliance to proposed go-live dates
    • Evaluate, prioritize multiple clients’ needs internal and external of the business.
    • Keep abreast of business process changes and communicate these to all stakeholders

    Requirements

    • First degree in Computer Science or an IT equivalent degree
    • Practitioner Certificate in ITIL – IT Service Transition or equivalent certification (ITIL Foundation)
    • Tool Usage:
      • Experienced in the utilization of with collaboration tools such as JIRA, confluence, Azure DevOps etc
      • Experienced in managing software deployment pipelines, and deployment technologies such as git, Jenkins, etc
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in area of specialisation with experience working with people
    • Experience in a medium organisation
    • Experience IT Service Support and Delivery Experience
    • Experience in governance of enterprise information systems
    • Minimum of 1 year Release Management Experience
    • Project management Experience
    • Experience in handling Release management issues and working with a range of service providers
    • Understanding of service delivery and service support environments

    Regional Trade Marketing Administrator (Regional Operations)

    Job Description

    • Process all departmental cash advances and expense reimbursement.
    • Co-ordinate the departmental common drive to ensure organized records and appropriate access and rights to respective team members and channel teams.
    • Maintain the consolidated regional field coverage plans and track implementation through daily and weekly reporting by respective team members.
    • Maintain consolidated device records for the Sub Region - Sim Registration, Nin Enrollment and all devices belonging to the business in the Sub Region
    • Collate all team members reports to ensure timely and organized feedback to respective channel units on program and activities undertaken.
    • Assist in providing reliable and efficient administrative support services.
    • Raise all requisitions for the department.
    • Administration support for reception management
    • Ensure security of records (files) and archival systems.
    • Custodian of channel databases within the region- conduct regular updates and ensure usability.
    • Organizing Staff travel and accommodation.
    • Assist in preparing required reports in support of business operations and management decisions.
    • Issue Resolution (Escalation & Follow up)
    • Log all faults to relevant teams for resolution
    • Engage relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of all faults
    • Escalate customer issues and ensure resolution and feedback to the sales team.
    • Ensure good work relationship with stakeholders
    • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
    • Foster active collaboration and relationships with employees across all levels and divisions in line with the company values.

    Requirements

    • 1 - 3 years working experience
    • Experience working in a small to medium organization
    • Customer services, Sales & business analysis experience will be an added advantage
    • B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or any Business - related disciplines
