    Accountant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Recording and monitoring financial transactions accurately.
    • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
    • Managing the company's overall expenses and budgeting.
    • Preparing and reviewing ledger balances and monthly accounts for accuracy.
    • Completing company tax returns in compliance with tax regulations.
    • Preparing and submitting VAT returns to tax authorities.
    • Maintaining and monitoring the company's financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Managing the monthly company payroll and ensuring timely payments to employees.
    • Addressing general accounting queries from internal stakeholders and providing necessary assistance.
    • Maintaining a detailed record of all receipts and payments for auditing purposes.
    • Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues, providing support and guidance as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 5 years proven experience working in accounting or finance roles.
    • Certification in Accounting (ICAN, ACA) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills to handle accounting queries and interact with stakeholders.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
    • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is required.

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Corporate Performance Enabler to drive performance excellence within our organization.
    • The role involves designing custom job roles, setting goals, planning performance strategies, assessing progress, and developing programs for employee development.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to enhancing performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design custom job roles and key performance indicators/result areas tailored to organizational needs.

    • Experience with performance management software and MS Office suite.
    • Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to design and implement performance improvement programs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
