    • Valid beauty therapy or aesthetic qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC).
    • Previous experience in aesthetics preferred, with a proven track record of providing aesthetic treatments.
    • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin types, and common skin conditions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Passionate about continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
    • Knowledge of skincare products and a sales-oriented mindset is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Compensation and Benefits Administration:

    • Manage the entire compensation and benefits process, including salary reviews, bonus structures, and benefit plan enrollment.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    Core HR Functions:

    Job Overview
