    Area Sales Managers

    Job Description

    • Reports to Head of Sales and Marketing
    • Coordinate Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the region
    • Coordinate sales and marketing activities in the region and reporting status on monthly basis to the Head of Sales and Marketing
    • Carry out periodic appraisal of subordinates and business activities monthly and quarterly.
    • Drive the development of new businesses and relationships.
    • Responsible for sustaining key opinion leaders and establishing new ones
    • Responsible for coordinating monthly regional sales meetings and reporting outcomes
    • Source for and handle seminars and clinical presentations where necessary in the region
    • Ensure that regional targets are met for sales and collections and in other set parameter.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree / HND in Natural Sciencesonly (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, etc.)
    • 5 - 8 years experience in Medical Sales Management.

    Other Conditions:

    • Ideal candidate should presently reside and work in Lagos.
    • Must age less than 40 years

    Skill Set:

    • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
    • Business Acumen
    • Attention to detail required.
    • Leadership and management skills.

    Head of Sales & Sales Representative

    Requirements for Head of Sales

    • Preferred candidates must be passionate about professional selling
    • Knowledge of Lagos / West key wine dealers, modern trade, HORECA, wine market and its dynamics is compulsory.
    • Prior sales management experience is compulsory.
    • A minimum of 7 years experience in wines and spirit sales is required.
    • All applicants must be less than 45 years of age and should possess high levels of integrity, entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
    • Ability to drive is compulsory.
    • They should be able to use computers and diverse ICT channels for their transactions.

    Requirements for Sales Representative

    • Preferred candidates must be passionate about professional selling
    • Knowledge ofkey wine dealers, modern trade, HORECA, wine market and its dynamics is compulsory in their preferred territory is required.
    • A minimum of two years experience in wines and spirit sales is necessary.
    • All applicants must be less than 32 years of age and should possess high levels of integrity, entrepreneurial skills.
    • Ability to drive is compulsory.
