    Audit Officer

    Job Description

    • Executing assurance procedures
    • Working under the supervision of the manager you'll help execute audit work and present its findings to the company.
    • Anticipate, identify risks, and escalate issues as required
    • Ensure that work plan is properly executed and documented Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related course.
    • Candidate must possess 2 years and above experience in retail industry.
    • Understanding of risk based auditing and risk control strategy is key.
    • Ability to carry out internal control checks within the stores.
    • Good communication skills..
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Attention to details.

    Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

    Responsibilities

    • Guide management regarding recruitment, employee development, performance management, policy interpretation/enforcement, and disciplinary/corrective action.
    • Provide guidance and input on departmental restructures, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
    • Participate in the development and delivery of the annual performance management process.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of management and employee training.
    • Drive the development and implementation of solutions to employee relations issues.
    • Promote and establish positive employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale.
    • Be a trusted partner and initiate and maintain effective communications with management and employees.

    Requirements

    • The ideal HRBP Manager candidate will have at least 5 years HR experience, experience in FMCG and retail is highly preferred.
    • Unquestionable ethics, personal integrity and leader capable of being a team player in every respect.
    • Management coaching skills, solid interpersonal skills, ability to problem-solve independently, and apply analytical skills.
    • 3+ years of strong HR generalist or HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment or Operations (preferred).
    • Proven track record in managing HR projects.
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, HR management, or related field.
