    Billing Support Officer

    Job Function

    • Handle all Retail Billing Calls, Tickets and Mails

    Purpose of the Job (Brief)

    • The Billing Support Officer deals with customers complaints via telephone and emails.
    • They are required to handle a variety of functions, including end to end resolution of Billing issues.
    • Officers make an important contribution to customer satisfaction by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers.
    • Written in outcome language, this is not a listing of tasks but a grouping of tasks to determine outcomes required from the tasks.

    Key Activities

    • Ensure Customer satisfaction at every contact via Phone on all Billing issues/Enquiries
    • Ensure Customer satisfaction
    • Excellent Listening, questioning and communication skills
    • Adhere to the telephone etiquette Billing Support Supervisor Billing Support Officer
    • Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information and feedback
    • Ensure prompt response to in-bound calls
    • Must be clear, direct and not vague in their communication with customers
    • Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative call targets.
    • Customer Engagement
    • Follow communication scripts when handling different Billing topics
    • Identify customer’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • OTRS Tickets
    • Ensure prompt and accurate response to tickets
    • Customer Retention Rate
    • Provide excellent customer service in such a way that we can retain the customers
    • Must be the voice of the Customer
    • Maintain a high completed Call rate
    • Ensure that the Call abandonment rate is very less than 10%
    • Maintain a call completion rate of 90%
    • Ensure that in-bound calls are picked before the third ring
    • Escalations
    • Must promptly escalate issues that they cannot handle to their supervisor
    • Must avoid keeping the customer waiting on a call Identify and escalate priority issues observed

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any discipline
    • Must have at least 6 Months experience in a contact center
    • Customer Relations, Sales, Marketing, Human Relations (Any other Human Related) work

    Corporate Sales Trainee Associate

    Purpose of the Job (Brief)

    • The Corporate Sales Trainee Associate role will be to manage assigned business portfolio, he or she will prospect accounts within the territory, protect and secure new revenue, ensure set targets are met, while providing support to the Territory Manager.
    • Aside from sales related function, the CSTA is to ensure unrivalled customer experience /service delivery satisfaction amongst our customer base.

    Key Activities

    • Meet and Surpass Sales Target
    • Identify and prospect new opportunities with a view to converting them through a clearly defined sales process.

    • Ensure quality and timeliness of reports, trackers;and industry related information, trends and competitor activities.
    • Ensure that sales, pipeline, churn and all associated reports are made available before close of business every Friday
    • Analyze information regarding market trends, competitors’ activities, and share with supervisor on a bi-weekly basis. The report accompanies the weekly report. Constantly exhibits acquired skills; product and sales presentation knowledge.
    • Ensures participation in alL announced internal product training, acquiring industry relevant knowledge and information by attending related workshops, reviewing professional publications.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • University Degree in Business /Marketing /Humanities/Engineering/related disciplines
    • 0 -2 years Post NYSC
    • Good Microsoft office suite competence, CRM competence
    • Analytic &Creative skills, ability to learn quickly

    Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

    Purpose of the Job (Brief)

    • The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
    • He will work with the unit head and under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, to develop and execute business plans that align with the overall strategic objectives of ipNX.
    • To ensure efficiency in the business operations of the company through the provision of effective support services covering the management of financial and administrative systems, to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall commercial objectives.

    Key Activities

    • Conduct quarterly budget reviews to ensure relevance and alignment to current realities
    • Develop financial models for debt and equity capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions transactions as required.
    • Drive initiatives to optimize cashflow | Cost efficiency and profitability of the Divisions and Corporate Centre.
    • Support the strategic business planning process, providing essential analysis on KPIs.
    • Prepare pre and post project appraisals.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Economics / Banking and Finance or related field from a reputable institution.
    • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is an added advantage.
    • Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
    • Must have had a good experience working within fast growing companies in developing markets –
    • Telecoms sector would be an added advantage.
    • Must be technologically savvy.
    • Knowledge of Financial management systems, accounting policies and standards and costing accounting etc.
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel
    • Strong presentation and financial modeling skills
    • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
    • Industry experience: Banking, Corporate Financial Services, Investment Management, Capital Market.
    • Working knowledge of budgeting, planning, management accounting, financial modelling and corporate finance.
    • Experience In Implementing ERP System is an added advantage.
