    Business Analyst

    Overview

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
    • As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions.
    • You will analyse business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and other strategic performance indicators of the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, such as business users, product managers, and technical teams, to elicit and document business requirements for this mobile telecom business. This includes understanding user needs, process flows, system functionalities and applicable regulatory provisions.
    • Analyze large datasets, including customer data, network performance metrics, and market trends, to extract insights and patterns.
    • Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Design & identify areas of improvement within business processes, such as customer onboarding, billing, service provisioning, and network management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Typically, a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Telecommunications is required. Some organizations may prefer candidates with a master's degree or an MBA.
    • Strong understanding of telecommunications industry trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
    • Familiarity with telecommunication networks, services (voice, data, wireless), and related business processes is beneficial.
    • An understanding of the different customer personas applicable to this business and drivers of brand affinity is highly essential.

    Project Manager

    Overview

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
    • As a Project Manager, your role would involve overseeing and managing various projects within the organization.
    • You are responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, which means that all project activities are completed and that the delivered product meets the conditions of satisfaction at a sufficiently high level.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements

    Internal Control Officer (Automobile)

    Essential Duties

    • Ensure compliance and smooth functioning of the Group Internal Control Standards within the various entities in Nigeria.
    • Conduct self-assessment of the main Internal Control and Management standards defined in the PACI Guide.
    • Identify existing and potential risks that the Business Units Operating in Nigeria face and develops solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
    • Develop audit plan with Finance Director that include risk management & Control, Financial reliability & compliance with regulations.
    • Ensure compliance and respect of the internal Control and management standards defined by Group.
    • Prepare reports following audits and assignments that reflect audit result and documents processes.
    • Analyze and reconcile the Degonte claims with files vis-a~-vis information in incadea and follow –up to ensure the claims are timely settled.
    • Review manufacturer warranty reconciliations. Balance sheet reconciliation and analyse job cards.
    • Check fuel consumption (Vehicles, sites, houses) and tracking the vehicles.
    • Recommend internal Control actions to reinforce compliance with PACI rules.
    • Share management best practices in the BU’s
    • Report in a timely manner the information collected and stay tuned with updates related to good practices and Group instructions.
    • Provide training on policies and controls from time-to-time within the BU and the Group.
    • Supervise stock –takes on monthly and annual basis for Vehicles, Trucks,Machines, Parts, Fixed Assets inventory & Spare parts.
    • Investigate and explain the discrepancies identified during the stock takes and get Management approval.
    • Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by Finance Director.

    Academic Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 1 – 5 years’ proven experience internal Controller role.

    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary & Purpose

    • We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to promote our company's brand and services.
    • In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

    Job Responsibilities

    Solution Architect

    Overview

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, your primary role is to design and oversee the implementation of solutions built on components across the core network, through the business support (BSS), operations support (OSS) & VAS domains to the digital services platforms (mobile apps, etc.) for a new player in the Nigerian telecommunications sector.
    • You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand the business context, design solutions that deliver these requirements & prioritize implementations based on cost, business value/ benefits and risks.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business objectives, facilitate conversations that align these objectives to their stated and unstated requirements (including end user understanding of what success looks like/conditions of satisfaction), translate the harmonized requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, and design the appropriate solutions.
    • Be an established & trusted advisor to various teams within the business, providing technical guidance on solutions and/or efficient implementation options. Understand the unique business requirements (stated and unstated, including regulatory) and translate these into technical specifications, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the requirements at a sufficiently high level.
    • Collaborate with the testing & business analysis teams, ensuring test plans / approach are thorough & comprehensive. Play a leading role in the review of test outcomes.     Requirements

    • Possess a strong technical background in mobile telecommunications, including knowledge of networking & charging protocols, IP, cloud-based solution architecting (cloud certification will be an advantage – AWS preferred), emerging technologies, etc.
    • Familiarity with telco-specific tools, software, and platforms is highly advantageous.
    • The ideal candidate will also be up to date with the latest industry trends and the Nigerian communications regulatory environment, in particular.
    • In addition, s/he will have some system integration background, deeply analytic, possess strong interpersonal, relationship building & negotiation skills, coupled with a strong ability to identify and mitigate risks.

    • Ditto API economy and s/he will be aware of global industry frameworks such as tmforum.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential to effectively interact with stakeholders, with a great ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Sufficiently high attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; Continuously seeks ways to deliver tangible / relatable results.
    • Demonstrates excellent understanding of the business dynamics and challenges within the Nigerian telecommunications industry.
    • Stays up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that impact the telco sector and can propose solutions that are adaptable and cost effective thus enhancing competitive advantage.
    • Ability to identify and scope solutions that are agile and demonstrate value early and incrementally. This is essential to build trust early and keep motivation & active engagement at a sufficiently high level
    • While specific educational requirements may vary, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Relevant certifications, such as those offered by vendors or industry-specific organizations, will also be beneficial.
