    Business Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The Mid-Level Business Analyst should be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
    • He / She would report to the Lead, Business Development.

    Responsibilities

    • Define configuration, specifications, business analysis requirements, reporting and alerting requirements.
    • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
    • Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
    • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
    • Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.
    • Assess the impact of the solution on various stakeholders.
    • Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem and the solution.
    • Perform quality assurance.
    • Manage changes to business requirements and carry out an impact analysis.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
    • A degree in IT / Computer Science.
    • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
    • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
    • Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
    • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
    • Proven work experience as a system analyst.
    • Hands on experience with software development and documentation.

    Scrum Master

    Job Summary

    • The Scrum Master/Project Manager will be reporting to the Program Manager and manage the entire development lifecycle of the organization.
    • He or She will work closely with the development team to create a software solutions framework in the finance and digital lending industry with an Agile methodology.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure delivery of development team efforts against agreed timelines.
    • Coordinate the UI/UX team to ensure delivery.
    • Coordinate the QA team.
    • Work with Product Managers to deliver the product roadmap.
    • Create Project delivery plans with all stakeholders buy-in.
    • Create and submit sprint plans to meet delivery expectations and project plan timelines.

    • Carry out industry surveys and competitor analysis.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of proven experience in Technology project management or scrum team management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent education.
    • PMP or Agile Certifications would be an added advantage.
    • Proficient in driving the software development life cycle.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment with diverse teams (Remote and onsite).
    • Must be knowledgeable of the Fintech space, especially banking, finance, and lending.
    • Experience working with business owners to gather and prioritize business requirements.
    • Experience presenting to organization leadership.
    • Strong experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Clickup, documentation on Confluence and Microsoft Project
    • Experience working with design, software development and QA teams.
    • Ability to produce and interpret design specifications and technical documentation.
    • Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements.
    • Ability to collaborate on a cross-discipline team and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.

    Equipment Management:

    Client Collaboration:

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and podcast distribution channels.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
