    Business Development Personnel

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our real estate company. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the real estate sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the real estate industry.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business prospects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, investors, brokers, and industry influencers.
    • Lead negotiations and deal structuring to secure new business ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Strong network and connections within the real estate industry.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and assess market potential.
    • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our real estate company. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial stability.
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting principles and standards.
    • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
    • Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Experience with real estate accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Professional certifications such as are a plus.
