    Business Manager

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field  

    • 3- 10 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role 

    • Understanding of Foreign exchange and Treasury Management  

    • Proven experience with business and strategy development processes  

    • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment  

    • Superior leadership skills  

    • Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes will be preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors etc. to appropriate management teams.  

    • Work with the management team and assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives.  

    • Create and maintain a rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans.  

    • Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development.  

    • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.  

    • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.

    Business Development Officer

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • At least 5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager.
    • FinTech market knowledge is a necessity.
    • Knowledge of treasury and foreign exchange is a necessity
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Highly skilled at sales, people management, and business development and ability to inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and develop rapport with clients and partners.
    • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
    • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposal
    • Developing goals and targets for the business development team and ensuring they are met.
    • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
    • Keeps abreast of market and industry trends.
    • Makes use of insights from market research to inform strategy and direction.
    • Receive feedback from customers for improvement of products and services.
    • Carry out post-sales engagement: visits customers to discuss how to improve services.
