    Call Centre Agent

    Role Purpose:
    Responding to customer questions, complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products. Ensuring agents complicity with all call centre objectives, performance standards, and policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure clients (corporate customers, retails customers, distribution partners and providers) have a seamless encounter with using our service.
    • Obtain client information by supervising telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
    • Respond to all Enrolee and Provider inquiries and handle any complaints.
    • Provide information about company products and services.
    • Receive and handle customer complaints.
    • Seek resolution of customer queries.
    • Take telephone calls on behalf of the company to fulfil customer requirements.
    • Have the most up to date information on all plans of the company and be able to help customers in a quick and friendly fashion.
    • Maintain communication equipment by reporting any faults promptly.
    • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
    • Develop tactics to deepen relationships with clients through regular interactions.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • This role requires a first Degree or its equivalent Diploma qualification (BA/BSc/HND)
    • A nurse or related field would be an added advantage.
    • Requires between 3-5 years relevant work experience with advanced / extensive knowledge and mastery of relevant theories, principles and complex techniques gained through broad experience or special development.

    Head, Network & Security

    Job Objective/Summary:

    • Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware.
    • Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues for users’ on-demand or from inspection of the systems.
    • Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks.
    • Meeting internal stake holders and understanding the requirements including regulatory requirements and framing internal policies around network security.
    • Documentation of processes and or procedures.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Experience Designing, Migrating, Building, maintaining, and supporting NOC and SOC environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Networking, Cloud and Security.
    • Experienced with a demonstrated capability of working in the BFSI or Retail industry.
    • Hands on and Multi-faceted experience challenged to overhaul, revolutionize and maintain a secure Global NOC and SOC (Cloud, Security, Data and Voice).
    • Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Load Balancer and other Security solutions.
    • Skilled in Routing, Switching, WAN, LAN, CDN, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless (WLC) and Cisco Solutions.
    • Skilled in Palo Alto, Fortigate, F5, and Cisco devices.
    • Handling NOC team for event & incident management.
    • Managing Release, Change & Problem Management.
    • Providing customer with Networking and Security solutions.
    • Managing and operation of Cloud and DCs network Infrastructure, network on-boarding of new customers, Network and perimeter security.
    • Planning HA and DR setup, configuring automated backup, monitoring and security setup for their hosted infra.
    • Building operation competencies for handling customer escalation, related to Network Infra & managing the 24x7 network operation.
    • Collaborate to bring synergy between customer and partner teams and engineers to get optimum timely outputs for technical issues raised.
    • Demonstrated expertise maintaining, operating security devices, managing operations, providing technical support and developing solutions to complex problems.
    • Solutions-focused Professional with in-depth, broad-based experience and a passion for resolving business challenges through innovation.
    • Successful architect, design, implementer of highly effective and secure, cost- effective innovative customer implementation strategies.
    • Up-to-date with changes in technology and the business implications / applications of new technologies with a proven adaptability to differing business environments.

    Job Requirements:

    • degree or HND in Computer, Electrical Engineering or other applicable courses, plus relevant professional IT qualification such as in Networking, Cloud and Security domain like CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCSA, CISSP, CEH etc.
    • Minimum of 8 - 10 years continuous working experience in networking security.

    Provider Officer

    This Job supports the contracting, developing and maintaining of relationships with healthcare providers. It requires daily liaison with a Provider Network and collaboration with internal departments to ensure service quality.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Hospital Visitation
    • Conducting medical outreach programs when requested
    • Reaccreditation/quality assurance check on hospital providers
