    Camp Boss

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Supervises the maintenance and repairs of Camp facilities including Plumbing, Painting. Carpentry.
    • Cleaning and Electrical duties.
    • Liaise with the Deputy Project Manager, HSE, HR to ensure efficiency of the operational activities in the Camp
    • Daily update of the POB
    • Performs monthly inventory of the Camp Items
    • Allocates room, mattress and beddings to Camp occupants
    • Supervises the preparation of all meals and ensure that menus established are adhered to
    • Ensures that all food, products and merchandise are in conformity with the Organization standard.
    • Responsible for the effective house keeping of the Camp facilities and accommodation are in line with the approved standard.

    Requirements (Education / Training / Experience)

    • HND or B.Sc Degree in Social / Management / Environmental Science
    • Preference is for candidates with relevant trainings and certifications in Facility Management, HSE, Project Management and Catering
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Catering & Hospitality Facility Management Construction, Oil & Gas
    • Report any incident of fire, loss, damage, unfit food and other irregularities and take such corrective action as may be delegated.
    • Supervises and dispatches allocation of food to crews at the Right of Way.
    • Monitor Daily meal sheet and reconcile figures with POB
    • Track service delivery/ performance by food vendor and prepares Work Completion Certificate for the approval of the Deputy Project Manager at the end of each month.
    • Ensures that the food vendor adhere to agreed contract.
    • Interface between EPC and Client.
    • Participate in the project decision making committees and contributes effectively to the decision-making process.
    • Prepares monthly report
    • Performs any other duty as may be assigned by the Management.

    Procurement / Warehouse Supervisor

    Requirements (Education / Training / Experience)

    • At least a B.Sc in Accounting or Supply Chain Management at second class-lower level minimum. A Masters' degree will be an added advantage
    • Must have a very good accounting background and be partly ICAN or ACCA qualified
    • At least 5 years' experience in medical and general procurement / inventory management.
    • Be willing to relocate
    • Must have excellent MS Excel and other QuickBooks proficiency
    • Must have a professional certification in supply chain/procurement management
    • Must have a history of supervising at least 1 person in the past
    • Ability to work for extended hours and weekends
    • Ability to leverage on high-level supplier networks and take initiatives to meet deliverables.
    • Must be trustworthy and of the highest integrity.

    Group Business Development Lead

    Job Description

    • The position will coordinate specific proposals often managing and directing the Commercial and Business Development activities within the entire Oilserv Group.
    • S/he will contribute to longer-term market research and trends analysis, create new businesses as well as support development of the Group’s business strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.
    • Seek customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers.
    • Generate project/business opportunities and RFP's through customer contact to meet Group's business plans and growth strategies
    • Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through "Closing the Deal"
    • Lead the development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
    • Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our client's standards and correct in content and format
    • Solicit customer feedback through the project proposal and execution phases
    • Maintain customer/potential customer contact lists
    • Collaborate with company management through BD Leads to prepare and implement the Group's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
    • Spearhead the sales process from the prospect stage to closing the sale
    • Coordinate requirement gathering and proposal development. Contribute to contract development
    • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives including marketing communication
    • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum 10 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business Development in Oil & Gas and EPCIC sector
    • Membership of a relevant professional body
    • The candidate should be familiar of FEED to EPCIC Implementation.
    • Must be familiar with mid to large size Petrochemical or Industrial plant project sales.
    • Familiar with Petrochemical-based projects and should be technically sound with engineering terminology and plant equipment.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning.

    Sales and Marketing Specialist

    About the Job

    • The Sales and Marketing Officer shall be responsible for market penetration, Sales strategy execution and contract performance monitoring in Frazpower (an Oilserv Group Company).
    • He/She shall ensure service efficiency, market optimization, and world-class customer service that delivers business growth and profitability over the long-term. Below are some key responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic:

    • Examines prevailing gas and power sector regulation and policies; formulates changes necessary to comply with new regulations and obtains necessary executive approval for implementation.
    • Acts as chief advisor and commercial strategist providing needed support to the GM with respect to the identification of business and operational risk, and the resolution of attendant issues.
    • Responsible for revenue generation through marketing new and existing services, renegotiation/ renewal of service agreements / GSPA’s, GSAs, GTAs etc. and the design and implementation of new services.

    Operational:

    • Participates in the formulation and execution of the Vision and corporate level strategic plan including those for business growth, financial management and operating efficiency.
    • Provides management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated operational management programs.
    • Ensures the effective integration of the Company’s strategic plan with its day-to-day operations and in so doing regularly interfaces with the Marketing entities within The Company to determine areas of mutual collaboration towards the achievement of The Company’s objectives.
    • Develops and Implement customer-specific strategies for retaining and growing the business in a competitive environment.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • First Degree in Marketing, Law, Business, Economics, Engineering or other related fields.
    • 10 - 15 years cognate work experience, within a reputable and structured oil & gas business environment
    • Experience marketing Gas and Power sales and distribution network.
    • Experience in setup and operation of gas distribution network
    • Master’s in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
