    Data Centre Power Systems Technician

    Salary: 197,000

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Operation and Maintenance of various brands and model of electrical power units according to their document operating procedure.
    • Ensure the Quality of Service of the Data Centre Infrastructure
    • Ensure operational efficiency of colocation services of the Data Centre.
    • Track trending operational characteristics
    • Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions in the UPS system, generators and ATS.
    • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of operational issues for audits and SLA related purposes.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • At least an Higher National Diploma (HND) in either Electrical and Electronics or other related disciplinces.
    • Possession of relevant industry certification or trainings in Electrical Power systems installation, maintenance, and/or repairs.
    • Knowledge of equipment installation, electrical and mechanical repairs, wielding and fabrication, and safety and compliance.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft office suite.
    • Adept at conducting tests to identify faults.
    • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Candidate must be able to lift, push and pull up to 20kg.
    • Candidate must be able to tolerate temperature of below 20° C for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external third parties.
    • At least 3 years of previous work experience in a Data Centre Operations environment or equivalent.
    • Experience troubleshooting breakdowns and repairing electrical power systems devices and components.
    • Experience with Portable Appliance Test System.
    • Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and associated maintenance work.
    • Experience with Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools will be an added advantage.

    Service Fulfillment Technician

    Salary: 221,000

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supervises laying of cables directly in trenches or string it through conduits running through trenches
    • Conducts quality control of fibre project at all steps of implementation & acceptance in accordance with the following Fibre Optics OSP Parameter, (Manhole, Route Marker, HDPE & PVC Duct, Bridge Attachments, crossings (road, drainage, streams, etc.), Blowing & Pulling, Splicing, Joint Box, ODF / DDF, Site Entrance etc.
    • Monitors and reports all assigned projects at dedicated sites and ensuring timely completion of projects with strict compliance of  HSE policy procedures.
    • Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
    •  Proffers cost cutting strategies for each project while showing loyalty, honesty, transparency and dedication in daily duties.
    •  Ensures excellent customer relationship management; vendor management, and resolution of complicated community issues as well as other issues.
    •  Inspects, approves and signs-off all implementation and as-builtdrawings steps and documentation.
    •  Optimizes backbone performance and losses by reducing extra cable joints.
    •  Manages technical discussion and problem resolutions with vendor and contractor.
    • Submits all progress reports and documentation requirements of the retail business in the project implementation process.
    • Suggests value and service improvement initiatives to customers based on service fulfillment expertise and experience.
    •  Receives and manages service escalations from the Customer Experience and Advocacy unit, communicates the status and remediation plan and follows through till the issue is resolved.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
    • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or any other related field (preferred)
    • Minimum of 5 years’ Service Fulfillment experience in the IT/Telecommunications field – Broadband Service Operations in particular.

    Billing Support Officer

    Salary: 155,000

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure Customer satisfaction at every contact via Phone on all Billing issues/Enquiries
    • Follow communication scripts when handling different Billing topics
    • Identify customer’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Ensure prompt and accurate response to tickets
    • Provide excellent customer service in such a way that we can retain the customers
    • Ensure that the Call abandonment rate is very less than 10%
    • Maintain a call completion rate of 90%
    • Ensure that in-bound calls are picked before the third ring
    • Must promptly escalate issues that they cannot handle to their supervisor
    • Must avoid keeping the customer waiting on a call
    • Identify and escalate priority issues observed

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Minimum Requirements: HND/B.sc, Any Discipline
    • Minimum Experience: 6 Months experience in a contact center
    • Customer Relations, Sales, Marketing, Human Relations (Any other Human Related) work

    Credit Control Officer

    Salary: 155,000

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure money collectable from sales and takings are received in collection accounts and are fully reconciled to bank in order to block all cash leakages and loss of fund which may result in shareholders’ fund depletion. Manage, maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects almost completed deals
    • Ensure WHT receipts are collected, properly accounted for and allocated in accordance with the company’s credit policy.
    • Follow up on receivable in accordance to the credit policy, collect and allocate payments. Ensure timely reconciliation whenever there is disparity between customer’s payment and invoices.
    • Ensure the receivable aging complies with the company credit policy.
    • Weekly submission of Follow up Reports and monthly submission of Credit policy compliance report.

     

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Minimum 2.2/Upper Credit B.Sc / HND degree in Accounting or any related course.
    • Demonstrate a high level of analytical thinking, gather and analyze information and provide viable insight
    • Demonstrate a high level of organization and quality with multitasks, efficiency & priority setting.
    • Good Microsoft office suite competence.
    • Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate
    • At least 2 years field sales experience
    • Must demonstrate interpersonal capabilities and leadership.
