    Systems Administrator

    Job Description

    • To ensure the effective acquisition, deployment and management of business focused IT resources and ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer-focused IT service that supports Interswitch’s operations.

    Responsibilities
    Administration:

    • Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues
    • Client & Customer Management (Internal) Carries out simple procedural tasks to support management of internal client relationships
    • Customer Service Provides a quality service to customers by processing cases, dealing with complex queries and/or investigating and resolving customer problems, and may identify new customer retention or business opportunities
    • Infrastructure and Network Development and Maintenance Complete operational tasks, data management, incident logging, reporting, systems monitoring, systems testing, and disaster recovery to support the day-to- day infrastructure and networks

    Group Head, Managed Services & Delivery

    Summary

    • To support business growth by coordinating the delivery of solutions and services to customers within agreed time frames and to the highest standards on time the first time.

    Responsibilities

    • Executes on the delivery of Systegra Corporate Strategy “How to Win” initiatives in the marketplace
    • Provide visionary leadership across all stakeholder groups (Internal & External stakeholders groups and regulators)
    • Provide leadership to achieve the business and financial objectives for Managed Services Business
    • Develops and drives implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to support the delivery of high quality service to customers
    • Oversees process and service improvement opportunities ensuring key stakeholders across the organisation are engaged to better leverage on resources while increasing efficiency and overall service quality
    • Prepares the annual service delivery budgets and drives its implementation

    • Establishes effective feedback mechanism and ensures adequate utilization of feedback from internal and external customers to improve customer satisfaction level
    • Manages the expectations of the customer (internal and external) with regard to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization
    • Ensures periodic evaluation of service delivery processes and standards, benchmarks them against leading practices, makes recommendations as appropriate and drives compliance
    • Performs trend analysis on reported problems, document root causes and initiate appropriate improvement solutions
    • Prepares and submits reports to the CEO, Systegra and other parties on activities within the business group

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / System / Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Applied physics / Computer Science or a related field
    • MBA or Master’s Degree in any science related course is desirable
    • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience acting in similar role with at least 5 years at a managerial level
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Cisco & Microsoft Certifications, Lean Six Sigma & Safe Agile Certification.

    Software QA Engineer

    Job Summary

    • To design, document and implement tests to expose bugs, and work with teams to checkmate the recurrence of errors in order to meet high quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Adhere to the pre-defined QA process and apply same in the assigned Engineering cluster or any other assigned tasks
    • Employ Continuous Testing techniques to prevent quality issues during the development phase and ensure post-deployment satisfaction of internal and external customers

    • Identifies, reports, guides and tracks the rectification of faults in products during development stage

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Computer /System / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline
    • 1 - 2 years hands on experience in Testing and Automation
    • Possession of ISTQB certification is an added advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists other software engineers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications
    • Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document software products and components develop by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design
    • Design and implement automated unit testing as required on a project
    • Works closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst and Product Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements
    • Involves in task breakdown, provides reasonable work estimates and communicates deviations from estimates or work product in advance of deadline
    • Creates thorough, professional quality technical specifications and design documentation
    • Contributes to company knowledge base and process improvements
    • Current on emerging software technologies and makes recommendations
    • Proactively recommends, schedules, and provide software and development framework and tools improvements and upgrades

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Computer /System / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering / Applied physics / Computer Science or a related discipline
    • At least 5 years hands on experience writing production quality codes.
