    Chemical Sales Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities.
    • Interface between the company and potential clients through direct communication such as onsite meetings, telephone calls and presentations to promote our brand and services.
    • Maintain and keep a good relationship with our clients.
    • Prepare marketing plans and strategies.
    • Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting.
    • A thorough understanding of clients’ needs/objectives.
    • 80% of the time will be out of the office for follow-up and follow-through meetings.
    • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Discuss material needs and requirements with customers and engineers.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Engineering or related sciences.
    • 2 - 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
    • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
    • Confident negotiator and ability to close deals.
    • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and business writing skills especially proposals.
    • Proficient in MS Office packages especially PowerPoint.
    • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N150,000 monthly

    Software Developer

    Job Description

    • Maintain and design new features for our products.
    • Work with development teams, product managers to plan & prioritize, architecture, build, advance, and scale software solutions.
    • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
    • Participate in strategic technical decisions related to technology, definition, and implementation of digital products.
    • Deliver high-quality, testable, secure, readable, and documented software with a focus on the customer.
    • Develop system architecture, requirements specifications, modularize features, etc.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc qualification in Sciences or relevant fields.
    • 2 - 5 post NYSC work experience as a Software Developer.
    • Experience designing interactive applications.
    • Ability to develop software in JavaScript, Angular, C#, CSS, HTML5.
    • Excellent knowledge of relational databases such as Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server or ORACLE.
    • Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (e.g. MVC).
    • Experience with test-driven development.
    • Proficiency in software engineering tools.
    • Ability to document requirements and specifications.

    Experienced Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for business development and fundraising strategy including building and maintaining professional relationships with hospitals, HMOs, organizations, private individuals etc.
    • In charge of identifying and leading the tender process on new opportunities.
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Responsible for logistics management including sales mapping, setting targets for sales representatives and providing logistical support.
    • Identifying and penetrating new profitable markets within Lagos and environs.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with individuals, startups, NGOs, SMEs for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement the organization’s core competencies
    • Negotiating and winning sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets
    • Participating in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard.
    • Managing customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.
    • Ensuring existing and potential clients are offered professional and quality service to increase sales
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. / HND Marketing or relevant field
    • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Experience as a business development/ marketer/ sales executive preferably in the health sector
    • Relevant professional qualifications preferred
    • Advanced skills in Excel.

    Remuneration

    • NGN 80,000 monthly.
    • Commission on sale
    • Monthly Transport Allowance.
