Job Summary

• To facilitate the execution of best practice financial management processes and maintain good relationships with local and international financial institutions, government agencies.
• Support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial reporting and information systems / policies and implement best practices
• Compliance with agreed timeliness for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements i.e., Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, Year-end statements, Cash flow Analysis, Contribution margin by Model
• Implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls
• Numbers of exceptions and regulatory infringement, including audit expectations and adjustment
• Completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets register in a period with no significant errors including timeliness reconciliations
• Manage Organization’s Tax matters and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related discipline
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance industry
• Must have at least 3 years experience of Managerial experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND Certificate.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience
• Must have worked in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in Finance
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as Account Officer in an Asset Management company.
• Preferred candidate should have a professional certification
• Excellent verbal and visual financial reporting skills.
