    Client Relationship Officer

    Job Overview

    • Our client requires the services of Client Relationship Officers to complement the functions of their business development team.

    Job Description

    • Contribute towards growth of company's clientelle and revenue base by meeting assigned targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and source for contracts within company's sectors of interest.
    • Identify and understand clients'specific needs, including working with relevant teams to ensure proper response to client's RFPs/RFQs.
    • Where necessary, make presentations proposing reasonable solutions to clients.
    • Follow up clients to ensure timely payment for services delivered by the company.
    • Arrange and/or represent the company at business meetings.
    • Maintain professional communication with clients as needed.
    • Negotiate and close deals on behalf of the company as directed.
    • Develop relationships with new clients while maintaining relationship with existing clients.
    • Maintain and regularly update database of clients.
    • Maintain adequate knowlegdge of (and promote) the company's services.
    • Ensure the company acknowledges, identifies with and rewards our clients to achieve client retention and loyalty.
    • Continuously develop professional capacity on the job.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree from recognised institutions.
    • At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
    • Warm and confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Good looks and appropriate dress sense.
    • Posession of wide network of influential individuals and prospective clients.
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to write winning proposals is an added advantage.
    • Demonstrable understanding of procurement processes in both public and private sectors.
    • Attention to details.
    • Good time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Integrity and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite.

    Project Administration Officer

    Job Overview

    • Our client requires the services of qualified Project Administration Officers.
    • The successful candidates will assist the Project Manager in handling all administrative functions at location and report to the Head office accordingly.

    Job Description

    • Deal with administrative matters on a project.
    • Ensure proper organisation of the project office at location.
    • Track and make requisitions for office and project needs, and when necessary, undertake procurement as required.
    • Effectively manage project logistics, ensuring timely receipt and delivery of materials.
    • Ensure proper record keeping and document management in compliance with established standards, systems and procedures.
    • Organise and/or attend meetings and take minutes.
    • Manage requisite staff records, including attendance records.
    • Manage administrative assistants and other support staff including office assistants, drivers and security where applicable.
    • Ensure proper management of all company assets, maintain and update asset register of all company's property at location.
    • Arrange for servicing and repair of company's vehicles, including managing fuel supply while equally ensuring accountability for its consumption.
    • Liaise with the Security Adviser to ensure availability of adequate security cover for staff and property.
    • Handle venue and hotel reservations, flight bookings, airport pickups etc.
    • Manage administrative costs and budgets for the location.
    • Write and submit requisite reports.
    • Manage all official correspondences.
    • Provide recruitment support for site staff as required.
    • Always exercise responsible and ethical decision making regarding company's resources.
    • Ensure adherence to company's code of conduct, policies and procedures.
    • Promote the company's values and philosophy in the performance of your duties.
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Administration, Business or Social Sciences; Engineers with relevant experience may apply).
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
    • Experience working in engineering/construction sector is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite.
    • Certification in project management is an added advantage.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of office procedures and ability to operate office tools and equipment.
    • Good record keeping ability and knowledge of document management procedures.
    • Proactiveness and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management (Possession of driver's licence is an added advantage.)
    • Excellent report writing and presentation skills with ability to effectively utilise official communication channels.
    • Effective team and personal leadership capability.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility to a variety of schedules.
