    Client Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Welcomes clients and potential clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
    • Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
    • Through interaction with clients on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services
    • Manages administrative duties assigned by the chief executive officer in an effective and timely manner
    • Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the organizations’ products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to clients when they make enquiries.

    Requirements

    Internal Auditor

    Responsibilities

    • Performs and executes detailed operational, financial, and compliance audits and reviews.
    • Continuously evaluates and identifies areas of loss, risk, inefficiency, and non-compliance.
    • Develops audit reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
    • Ensures proper escalations and documentation of all audit reports.
    • Provides recommendations on the design and operates effectiveness of internal controls.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office.

    Customer Service Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, mail, chat, in person or social media
    • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service with dealers and consumers
    • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

    Operations Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with the relevant financial institutions/stakeholders to determine the cause of a failed transaction and resolve it.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Answering questions about the company’s products or services and providing advice to clients
    • Monitor client transactions to ensure they adhere to the company'sstandards before it reaches the recipient.
    • Contact the authorized remittance union to clarifyand liberate a client who was wrongly blocklisted.
    • In charge of following up withcanceledtransactions and providing clients with the necessary policies involved.

    • Ensure Remittance SOPs are being met in the course of operations.

    • Knowledge of risk and regulations of the Mobile Financial/Remittance Services industry.

    • Promote the company’s culture that encourages morale and performance.
    • Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance productivity.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.

    • Very good knowledge and presentation skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other relevant software (to analyze data and produce reports).

    AC / HVAC Technician

    Responsibilities

    • The air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair an air conditioner.
    • They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
    • They perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
    • They diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
    • They install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
    • They make adjustments and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
    • They install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
    • They clean blowers and coils, check the tensions of belts and motors.
    • They make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
    • They inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
    • Repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, DX units, heat pumps, and chillers.

    Requirements

    • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • 3 - 5 HVAC and boiler operation and maintenance experience.
    • Completion of a Post Secondary School Training Program in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
    • Certification in Trade test will be an added advantage.
    • Strength, agility, and manual dexterity.
    • Ability to tolerate working indoors or outdoors in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions
    • Courtesy and tact in dealing with sometimes aggravated customers.
    • Customer service skills.
    • Detail-oriented and problem-solving personality.

    Electrical Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor the daily facility maintenance schedule and ensure that all routine, non-routine, inspection, emergency and any other type of job are accurately scheduled without any delay.
    • This includes all part replacements and installations.
    • Single out problematic electricity lines, highlighting the difficulties and attach recommended actions.
    • Follow up on required parts to ensure prompt repairs.

    Requirements

    Plumbing Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Exercise general control over all activities in plumbing works and water treatment.

    • Maintain pipes and piping networks.
