    Client Services Executive

    Job Summary

    • As Client Services Executive, candidate will be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our clientele. S/he will work with the team to ensure all services are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with the company and clients’ standards.

    Job Functions
    Specific job functions include:

    • Manage the entire client lifecycle.
    • Oversee new client onboarding process.
    • Coordinate teams to meet project milestones.
    • Communicate with clients and gather all information required for projects.
    • Maintain a client database and update information regularly.
    • Create business development proposals.
    • Present products and services to prospective clients.
    • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define prospective clients.
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Perform promotional activities for clients.
    • Organize events and product exhibitions.
    • Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, workshops, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
    • Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in business development strategy, products, or services.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experienceas an Account Executive or Client Services Executive in a Consulting firm
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Knowledge of Market Research, Sales and Negotiation.
    • Outstanding knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
    • Strong communicator withexcellent presentation, design, delivery, and public speaking skills.
    • Problem solver.
    • Creative and Strategic Thinker.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with a diverse team.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N400,000 monthly.

    Personal Assistant to Group Managing Partner

    Job Summary

    • As the Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Partner (GMP), you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

    Responsibilities

    • Acting as first point of contact and answering phone calls
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
    • Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the GMP is well prepared for meetings
    • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence including emails
    • Coordinating the GMP’s calendar and maintaining the appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings
    • Documenting minutes of meetings where appropriate
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
    • Conducting research and developing presentation for the GMP on various areas as assigned
    • Providing administrative support for the effective running of the office when required
    • Communicating and collaborating with other team members on projects when required
    • Reminding the GMP of important tasks and deadlines
    • Ensuring necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system
    • Organizing events and conferences
    • Liaising with staff, vendors and clients
    • Personal effects management
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management or related field
    • Ambitious self-starter
    • Sharp-witted, reliable and dependable
    • Resides within Ikoyi, VI or Lekki Phase 1 axis
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a PA or EA
    • Strong communicator and creative thinker
    • High attention to details
    • Relating and networking skills
    • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Knowledge of Office Management systems and procedures
    • Microsoft Office tools proficiency

    Salary
    N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
