    Construction Quality Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Co-operate with Mechanical Completion coordinator, Engineering and Commissioning team to ensure all the deliverables required to build the Completion Database in line with the contractual requirements (TAG list / Family TAG list / System and subsystem list / Check sheet and ITP).
    • Assign Subsystems/Check Sheets to each components/TAGS according to approved ITPs.
    • Regular monitoring of progress of inspection activities for Construction, Precommissioning & Commissioning phase according to MC Handover Procedure.
    • Participate to Weekly meetings with Construction/Commissioning teams for hand over completion according to commissioning prioritization.
    • Grant that scanned check sheets are imported into MC database.
    • Coordinate for punch list walkdowns after inspection activities completed.
    • Prepare list of authorized persons to generate Punch list.
    • Preparation of Tender documents
    • Initiating, planning, and implementing process improvement strategies for operation.
    • Verify that all the Punch points are properly characterized in the punch list forms before inputting them to MC database

    Academic Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

    • Expertise in evaluating and auditing sub-contractors for services like Fabrication, Destructive, Non Destructive testing, PWHT, Blasting/Painting.
    • Skilled at preliminary inspection of Fit-up, Welding, PWHT, Hydro Test, Blasting/Coating of products
    • Instrumental in coordinating and witnessing Destructive and Non Destructive testing such as RT, UT, DPT, MPT.

    Sub-Contract Administration Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Develop and maintain registers for all subcontracts to monitor the performance against the responsibilities undertaken as per the Subcontract

    • Instruct the Subcontractor on the procedure of Administration
    • Review and validate the progress payment submitted by Subcontractors
    • Assure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages and close out of the Subcontracts are performed / processed in accordance with the relevant procedure
    • Ensure that the letters and notices from the Subcontractors are appropriately replied to
    • Ensure all letters, instructions and notices given to Subcontractors are acknowledged and acted upon in a timely manner
    • Monitor key dates against dates defined in the main contract, any variations and claims submittal advice to project management team of the implications of project program and forecasts, if any (i.e. delays/costs)
    • Analyze the issued Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions, Deviation Requests to determine cost impact related to Subcontracts
    • Participate actively in change management and risk management sessions
    • Manage commercial close out of Subcontract Agreements. Follow up on Completion Certificates
    • Ensure collection and sharing of lessons learned, feedbacks and returns of experience on issues/criticalities encountered during subcontract management activities

    Academic Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administartion or Construction Management or a related field, Certified Subcontract Manager (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantage.

    Electrical Construction Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Leading the construction team and organizing progress review meetings for evaluating delay analysis, and material delivery schedule-to avoid

    • Erection and Equipment Installation & Commissioning - Preservation of the E&I Equipment’s according to the Equipment data with Safety Management.
    • Preparing Engineering Terms and STQ to identify the engineering mistakes and resolving the same at site itself

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Follow Up, Survey, Inspect, Monitoring and Maintenance the Rotating Equipment during the Construction, Commissioning, Start Up, and Normal Operation Phases.

    Electrical Construction Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plans, Co-ordinate and directs the construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates.
    • Responsible for supervising construction activities and trade and field personnel related to the discipline
    • Implements the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives.

    • Having good knowledge of electrical engineering principles and concepts
    • Experienced in Major Onshore Brownfield Project Management Assignments.

    • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
