    Content Writer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist the editorial team in brainstorming content creation materials and strategies to attract, encourage and drive the target audience to take the desired actions
    • Interpret copy-writing briefs to understand and deliver on project requirements
    • Assist the team in writing engaging brochures, articles, blog posts, press releases, editorial calendars, etc.
    • Write clean, clear, concise, and well-polished copy with a distinct voice
    • Proofread and edit content produced by teammates
    • Collaborate with Creatives and other Marketing professionals on a variety of projects(e.g. Social, print, in-app, web, and email content)
    • Use SEO principles to drive copy’s reach for web
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective and engaging editorial calendar.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Humanities or any related course.
    • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Content Writer. Agency experience is a definite plus
    • Excellent creative writing, storytelling, editing and proofreading skills
    • Vast experience in creating content for social media, web, app and print
    • Super strong presentation, writing, and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Experience with marketing professional services and familiarity with industry terms, deliverables, and processes.

    Administrative Officer (Operations)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
    • Managing and updating company databases.
    • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
    • Maintaining employee, and client records.
    • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
    • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
    • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
    • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask.
