    Country Operations Officer

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join one of our portfolios as a Country Operations Officer.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational activities for the portfolio within your designated country.
    • You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of portfolio operations and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional learning experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the global operations team to execute strategies tailored to the specific needs of your designated country.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and promotional activities aimed at increasing Portfolio's presence and user engagement within the country.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Provide support to users, instructors, and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in the localization of content, including course materials and platform features, to better serve the needs of learners in your country.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new users and drive user retention.
    • Generate regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in operations, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or technology sector.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

    • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of course categories on our platform.
    • You will work closely with content creators, instructors, and other internal teams to curate a compelling catalog of courses that meet the needs and interests of our learners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
    • Research market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for new course categories and improvements to existing ones.
    • Collaborate with content creators and instructors to curate high-quality courses that align with the needs and interests of our learners.
