    Creative Intern

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Creative Intern to assist with design and preparation of creative content to boost our online visibility.
    • Candidates with knowledge and experience in preparing creative content, graphic design, and posting engaging content on social media will be considered.
    • Ultimately, you will ensure that engaging contents are posted daily to enable our brand to attract new customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in creating compelling content strategy for audiences across all social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.
    • Assist in creating, sourcing, and planning timely content that engages current followers while reaching new target customers.
    • Assist in building out and maintaining a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand voice and company initiatives.
    • Develop brand-based content based on style guides and brand attributes.
    • Assist with ideas and strategy in new campaign launches to drive brand awareness.
    • Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and tools to continue to evolve social strategy and link back to our audiences.
    • Deliver against KPIs (Referral traffic, customer engagement, audience growth, reach and awareness and conversion of content strategy to sales growth).
    • Assist in creating storylines ad & producing innovative story ideas.
    • Strive to produce SEO optimized content to drive awareness and engagement.
    • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
    • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
    • Submit monthly reports on content performance and regular analysis on audience growth and reach.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, or a similar field.
    • 1 - 3 years proven work experience as a creative content creator or similar role
    • Knowledge of social media platforms
    • Knowledge of email marketing
    • Experience creating strong, engaging content.
    • Excellent research, organization and time management skills.
    • Strong listening and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
    • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
    • Must be living around Okota and environs.

    Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
    • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel.
    • Manage company’s facility and work tools/ environment.
    • Develop, implement and update personnel policies and procedures that promote the company culture and vision.
    • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly departmental goals indicating individual KPI’s and performance plans in line with the overall mission, vision and goals of the organisation.
    • Acquire and manage talent through proper recruitment and selection to the on boarding process for all levels in the organisation.
    • Perform compensation and benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, loan claims and administration, leave application process and revise as necessary.
    • Facilitate the performance appraisal process and provide the necessary feedback (coaching, pep talk, job enrichment, training, promotion, demotion, termination) for every staff of the organisation.
    • Improve Manager and employee performance by managing conflict, counselling, coaching and exit interviewing.
    • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of every department and services performed.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
    • Manage all external vendors and ensure effectiveness with their work.
    • Manage attendance system and ensure compliance among employees with filling of attendance booklet.
    • Carry out weekly/monthly inventory audit at the HQ and Lekki Space respectively.
    • Send report on all activities to management.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Administration or other Business / Personnel related courses
    • Possession of SHRM, CIPM is an added advantage
    • A minimum of 3 years Human Resource experience
    • Ability to design and implement strategies and policies.
