    Demand Planning Manager

    The Job

    • Develop forecasts based on historical data and industry trends to predict future sales volume and identify potential problems.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth by researching new markets and products.
    • Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to discuss current trends in their territories.
    • Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Site Operations teams to ensure no stock outs of key products.
    • Coordinate with production staff to ensure that adequate supplies of raw materials are available for manufacturing processes.
    • Collaborate with distribution staff to ensure that products are shipped to retail locations in a timely manner.
    • Update company information such as price lists, product descriptions, and contact information for customers.
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure that adequate supply matches demand, while minimizing costs associated with holding excess inventory.
    • Management of data using ERP or any related as planning tools, and to ensure all changes in product range are correctly reflected to allow for efficient demand planning.
    • Estimating the financial impact of new product lines using computer modeling software.
    • Generate reports on demand planning activities and metrics for management team.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Business, Operation Management or any related course.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years related experience working in an FCMG sector.

    • Have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have good time management and organizational skills.
    • Pay great attention to details.
    • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Be highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications and data analysis packages for forecasting.

    Warehouse Supervisor

    The Job

    • Tracking all freight, merchandise, and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse.
    • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation of warehouse activities.
    • Overseeing the shipment of all sales orders to clients in accordance with delivery schedules.
    • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
    • Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly.
    • Reviewing and verifying all waybills and invoices are raised and duly signed before dispatch.
    • Pursue FIFO (First In, First Out) stock administration technique to accomplish no expiry or write-off.

    Qualifications

    • OND in Warehouse Management, Logistics or in any related discipline.
    • 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years related experience in a FCMG company.

    Dispatch Manager

    The Job

    • Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
    • Prepare and submit periodic activity reports for the attention of the Logistics Manager & Supply Chain Director.
    • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
    • Collaborating with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.

    Supply Chain Planning Manager

    The Job

    • Plan and schedule workflow for each unit and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.Analyse sales orders/forecasts released from the sales analyst with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
    • Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
    • Develop effective forecast models based on macro and micro trends and demand patterns.
    • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
    • Identify demand forecast risks and develop/implement demand risk assessments and mitigation initiatives.
    • Support the adoption & implementation of Sales and Operations Planning [S&OP] into HFMP as a high level and business critical cross functional business process.
    • Coordinate the four weekly SMR meeting – providing a summary of all insights and top line data to enable Senior Management decision making with regard to upcoming commercial & manufacturing/CSL plans.
    • Support decision making to ensure optimised inventory management for all SKU’s  and ZERO ‘stock outs.
    • Interface with manufacturing personnel and sales personnel on material status and production planning issues.
    • Interface with procurement staff to prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND  in Business Management, Engineering or any related course.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years related experience as a manufacturing & supply chain analyst in a FCMG company.

    Planning Officer

    The Job

    • Partner with the category manager and obtain a monthly workable volume forecast (mid and long term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
    • Integrate New Product Development (NPD), promotions, support requirements and other product demand signals to create a demand forecast, in collaboration with category manager.
    • Collaborate with Category Managers, Marketing, Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at the supply & operations process meetings.
    • Recommend and monitor optimal inventory levels at various stages in the supply chain to achieve customer satisfaction levels as well as mitigate inventory exposure.
    • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports as directed by the S&OP Manager.
    • Evaluate supplier delivery performance and capability.
    • Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory management and product development.
    • Periodic visits to plants to give information on active and outdated stock, supplier performance, material shortages, etc.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Supply Chain, Logistics or any related course.

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years working experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, logistics, supply chain, and warehousing management.
