    Dispatch Rider

    Job Description

    • We are looking to fill the position of a Dispatch Rider in Agbor and Asaba. Interested candidates should pick one of the locations.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with clients in a respectful manner.
    • Pickup and delivery of parcels.
    • Organize items ordered by editing for price and weight compliance.
    • Arrange deliveries by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements, placing and expediting orders.
    • Deliver items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.
    • Verify items delivered by submitting acknowledgment copies; note discrepancies.
    • Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess at least a First Degree qualification.
    • Must have at least 3 years of riding experience.
    • Must know how to ride a bike efficiently.
    • Must have a valid Driver's License.
    • Excellent knowledge of Asaba or Agborand its environs.
    • The dispatch rider must have a valid Rider's card.
    • Must be courteous.
    • Must possess a valid Rider's Permit.

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Provide client support by interacting with clients.
    • Act as a visibility of the company brand in the branch location.
    • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding,documenting etc.
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
    • Provide polite and professional communication.
    • Taking active control of the office.
    • Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
    • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.

    Requirements

    • A First / HND Degree in Business Administration or its relevant field.
    • 2 - 3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office/Excel
