    Elevator Sales Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Elevator Sales professional who will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.
    • Act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

    Requirements

    • Leads generation and market coverage.
    • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
    • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
    • Implement sales strategy as set by the GM of elevators and escalators.
    • Manage the relationship with the allocated customer base and satisfy their requirements.

    Executive Assistant (GGM Sales)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.
    • This role will support the Group General Manager- Sales. Collect and analyze data for various types of business reports, create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
    • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers and manage a variety of special projects for the GGM for positive organizational impact.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Prioritizes and proactively approach all issues and concerns addressed to GGM/GM, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
    • Manage a variety of special projects for the GGM/GM for positive organizational impact.
    • Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports. Create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
    • Support various departments in reaching their goals through analysis and reporting. Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.
    • Liaising with other/all departments to be sure that all urgent and important topics are attended to and well-coordinated.
    • Assisting GGM/GM in developing & managing activities of the department(s) using internal communication and policies
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, condition, or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
    • 4 – 6 years’ relevant experience.
    • Must possess very good data analysis skill (Excel, Bi Power Etc.)

    Senior Credit Control Officer

    Job Description:

    • Maintain and implement the company’s credit policies and procedures.
    • Prompt collection of WHT Credit notes and VAT receipts.
    • Ensure monthly deadlines are met as required.
    • Ensure customers pay on time and follow up on WHT Credit notes and VAT receipts through sending letters,
    • personal visits, phone calls, emails or other medium.
    • Undertake client accounts’ reconciliations as required.
    • Reconcile WHT and VAT debtors’ accounts.
    • Follow up on clients for credit notes, VAT receipts, WHT and VAT outstanding debts and resolve issues.
    • Liaise closely with sales department to ensure that credit issues are resolved smoothly.
    • Check and ensure all payments of WHT credit notes and VAT receipts are posted correctly.
    • Respond promptly and completely to both clients and internal Complains
    • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and procedures.
    • Identify and correct errors or mistakes on any client’s account.
    • Prepare weekly reports on Budgeted collection.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business
    • 4-8 years of experience 
    • Relevant experience in credit and collections is a must.

    Deputy Chief Accountant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that report of the various units under its control are timely submitted on or before deadlines
    • Review Senior Accountants reports and follow up to ensure timely closures of identify discrepancies
    • Ensure accuracy of TB on related task before the locking dates
    • Advises on locking of inventory and ledger on or before deadline dates on related task
    • Submit report & schedules of Accounts under its supervision (costed shipments and shipment account heads, CTA analysis report for the month, fixed asset reconciliation with schedules of additions, disposals and write off, all costing and inventory received & costed during the month, prepayment & provision schedules.
    • Submit monthly report of Foreign main cash, main cash, petty cash count report, advances, and IOU.
    • Ensure post cost grid for WIP and internal assets are closed monthly and reported with accurate balances.
    • Supervises and ensure daily, quarterly, and yearly stock count reports and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
    • Ensures that petty cash & imprest account are timely re-imburse--- aim is to ensure that operational activities are not affected by lack of funds
    • Ensures that customer payments are timely receipted and accounted for within stipulated time- aim is to avoid delays in delivery and ensure customer satisfaction

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Proficiency in ERP systems
    • Exceptional knowledge in importation, cash management, fixed asset, CTA and branches imprest and account receivables customer receipt.
    • Managerial skills; must have or managed a large team of 8-15 members
    • Ability to direct, supervise and motivate a team
    • Exceptional organizational and management skills

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance or it's equivalent.
    • Professional qualification - ACA, CMA, CPA, CIA or CFA will be added advantage.

    Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description:

    • Oversee and direct preventive maintenance activities among the maintenance team.
    • Check daily and maintain the condition of all production equipment and machines.
    • Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
    • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
    • Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Supervise the implementation of preventative/annual equipment maintenance programs, reducing equipment downtime and spoilage significantly.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance plans.
    • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Drive route cause analyses over machine or process safety failures.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • B.Eng./HND in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or its equivalent.
    • Min 7-8 years of proven work experience in general factory mechanical machinery, plant & equipment.

    Electrical Maintenance Technician

    Job Description:

    • Perform all maintenance functions related with electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility.
    • Responsible for setting up power supply; conduit and wiring for currently installed equipment and machines, including programmable controllers, while adhering to blueprints, electrical ethics, utilizing voltage tester and hand tools.
    • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties and generate work notifications to address any issues detected.
    • Ensure all electrically powered equipment and machineries are adequately powered, functioning and in good condition.
    • Maintain weekly equipment and machines (welding machines, cranes, air compressors, laser cutting machine, CNC cutting machine, LVD punch machine, bending machine, powder coating and utilities).
    • Repair damaged equipment and machines

    Minimum Requirements:

    • B.Eng./HND in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or equivalent.
    • Min 3-5 years of proven experience of industrial maintenance.
