    Executive Assistant

    Competence/ Skills required

    • Tech savvy (Proficiency with applications such as word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ZOOM, Microsoft Team, SharePoint, E-Learning, iProcurement, Remote work and Researcher)
    • Ability to read and vet contracts and MOAs
    • Travel Management Skills
    • Reporting Writing Skills
    • Record Keeping/Document Management.
    • Extremely Proactive individual with the ability to prioritise tasks.
    • Experience working with High net-worth and top-tier clients.
    • Strong Managerial skills with the ability to take smart decisions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant
    • amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Flexible and results-oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must be willing to work with and learn new technologies.
    • Excellent Interpersonal skills
    • Discretion, trustworthiness and highly confidential.
    • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
    • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
    • Tact and diplomacy
    • A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one’s feet
    • Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in working with/reporting to C-Level Executives preferably in the oil and gas sector.
    • A good university degree/HND preferably in Office Technology/Administration/Management/Secretary Studies or Law.

    Creative Director

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the creative vision and direction for the organization aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials and touch points
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their creative needs and ensure successful project execution.
    • Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with marketing objectives, target audience and brand identity
    • Oversee development and execution of creative campaigns, including visuals, copy and multimedia content.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (masters degree is a plus)
    • 8+ years creative director experience within a marketing or advertising agency.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing and executing creative campaigns.
