    Executive Assistant to HNWI

    Job Description

    • Coordinate scheduling and maintain executive's calendar to optimize hours of day
    • Work to understand the business to readily determine whether to accept a meeting request or request more information regarding the meeting request
    • Request contact information of meeting attendees for the executive to be prepared for future communication
    • Answer executive's phone and obtain information from caller for executive to readily understand purpose of call and prioritize returning the call
    • Work to be cost effective with expenses associated with travel, office administration and meetings
    • Manage executive's e-mail inbox by dealing with attachments for future reference and print out e-mails that require the executive's review/action
    • Organize documents in document management system; maintain file folders and system for ready access to documents and information
    • Data input: create tables in excel; organize information from various sources
    • Work closely with Executive’s direct reports (as well as their reports) to help them prioritize joint meetings, travel, access to core information and plans
    • Utilize relationship building skills to make key activities and requests happen
    • Manage executive’s Travel and Expense account
    • Preview reports of executive's direct reports to verify appropriate account allocation and to conform to company policy before the executive reviews the reports
    • Handle all expense reports for Executives and process invoices
    • Coordinate and/or edit presentations
    • Coordinate executive's participation in events
    • Purchase and/or coordinate executives' hardware (cell phone, laptop, printer, etc.)
    • Coordinate executives' participation with boards, on behalf of company and outside of company.
    • Develop and maintain network/relationship with assistants of network general managers.

    Qualifications

    • A Legal, Business Administration degree or any relevant field is preferred or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 5 plus years proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level
    • Experience coordinating varied executive travel arrangements
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • High level of confidentiality required
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • The ability to work independently as well as part of the team
    • The ability to prioritize work to effectively handle projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

    Business Development and Sales Officer - Waste Management Company

    Job Description

    • Identify target sectors and prospective customers in line with our business growth strategy.
    • Implement creative marketing strategies to drive client engagement across the sales life cycle.
    • Lead and coordinate new business tendering opportunities, working with commercial finance, operations, and the bid team to present winning bids.
    • Proactively sell new business to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
    • Contribute to the development of our wider strategic growth plans by introducing all services offered by the company
    • Report all client engagement activities within our CRM tools, contributing to a strong customer data and business intelligence function.
    • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately presenting new business opportunities and risks to wider business stakeholders.
    • Sales forecasting to enable business planning activity, applying experience and judgment to existing sales prospects.
    • Introduce new contracted customers to the business employing signed service-level agreements.
    • Develop and nurture effective working relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone and email communication

    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
    • Raise the company profile by attending trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
    • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
    • Liaise with 3rd party service suppliers
    • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
    • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements and present an appropriate pitch to make a sale
    • Make accurate and rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations
    • Feed future buying trends back to employers
    • Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
    • Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
    • Help to develop a strong sales ethos within the team
    • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
    • Handle objections by working through differences to a positive conclusion

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in any related field  
    • 2-5 years plus cognate work experience in a similar role or industry

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • A desire to work extremely hard and exceed targets.
    • Experience in writing new client proposals and pitches that generate new business
    • Territory management
    • Ability to identify customer’s needs and challenges and present a solution that addresses these
    • Highly conscientious, diligent, self-motivating and enthusiastic
    • Ability to use a variety of styles to persuade, negotiate, and influence appropriately
    • Highly organized with an ability to manage own time and plan short, medium, and long-term
    • Ability to constantly juggle priorities to suit business demands SE6 – Highly charismatic, credible, and personable

    • Good IT/keyboard skills.
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and disciplined.
    • Ability to develop new skills and take instruction from all levels of management.
