    Executive Assistant to the Executive Director

    Job Summary

    We seek a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and enhance operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination. 
    • ⁠Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
    • ⁠Assist in project management, tracking progress and preparing reports.
    • ⁠Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide detailed minutes to inform decisions 
    • ⁠Draft and edit correspondence and presentations, ensuring confidentiality.
    • ⁠Engage in stakeholder management to foster strong relationships and facilitate strategic business operations.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in Business Admininstration or any relevant discipline is required. 
    • ⁠Relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
    • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in the trading and manufacturing sectors.
    • ⁠Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus. 
    • ⁠Excellent communication skills.

    Remuneration: N220,000- N250,000 plus other comprehensive benefits.

    •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Casio products and services.
    • Provide clients with detailed information and demonstrations of products.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in school stationery or Casio products.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
