    Export & Import Executive

    About the job

    • The Executive Export/Import will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the import and export activities of our organization.
    • This role requires a thorough understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and strong negotiation skills.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export and import operations with at least three years of relevant experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that export proceeds form (NXP) is open after proforma clearance.
    • Booking and checking with shipping line for container allocation, seaway bill or, telex release customs operations and documents
    • Securing vessel space and coordinate with forwarder and plant to ensure containers are delivered to the plant following schedule
    • Typing of COO / COM / GSP for endorsement with customs and to ensure export documents are obtained and dispatched mail within 3 days after departure of vessel to enable customers receive documents upon prior to vessel arrival at POD
    • Proper maintenance of job excel sheet for better control, follow up with forwarders activities report TRI-WEEKLY basis for preparation of weekly timeframe report, export status and submission of custom documents
    • Amendment in Bill of lading draft, if any
    • Uploading freight & local shipping payments in shipping lines platform,
    • Uploading freight & local shipping payments in shipping lines platform,
    • Well versed with shipping line portal handling
    • Follow up with shipping lines for freight & local invoices after vessel sailing,

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export/import operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with trade management software.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Technical Service and Sales Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients across major IOCs, independent producers and service companies in the oil and gas industry.
    • Identify new business opportunities for various production chemicals to meet revenue targets.
    • Timely and successful delivery of chemical solutions to various clients according to their needs and objectives.
    • Identify opportunities to grow new businesses with existing clients.
    • Provide technical services to solve clients’ production challenges and enhance production capabilities.
    • Serve as the lead point of contact to coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
    • Liaise with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of company products and solutions according to customers’ needs.
    • Manage multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines and fulfilling service promises.
    • Running of field trials of selected production chemicals to evaluate performance, effectiveness, and compatibility in oilfields production systems.
    • Provide appropriate technical support and services to clients on all company products and services as may be required.
    • Develop new product combinations in collaboration with R&D unit, where current ones do not meet requirements.
    • Understand the growing trends in the production chemistry and advise as may be necessary.
    • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
    • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
    • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

    Job Qualifications

    • B.Sc. / B.Eng / HND with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in the oil and Gas servicing industry.
    • Master’s degree in a related field is required.
    • Relevant professional qualification/certification is a plus.

    IT Support Executive

    Job Description
    IT Support Duties:

    • Resolving IT support requests from employees
    • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems, Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
    • Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues, Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process, Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed, Updating employees on the status of their service requests, Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
    • Setting up accounts for new users
    • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
    • Testing new technology
    • Possibly training more junior staff members

    Responsibilities

    • Attending to user sites when required, mixture of remote & onsite support.
    • Installing, configurating & updating of desktop applications
    • Responding to tickets/request from users
    • Supporting Microsoft office 365 suite & Windows
    • Escalation of issues to next level of support

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 6+ years hands-on in IT related processing/service industries.
    • Should have IT experience in installation & configuration of any OS or software computer hardware, Printers, networking, CCTV, troubleshooting, managing asset, biometrics handling, etc.
    • The location is Sango Ota, Ogun State.
