    Female Sales and Marketing Executive (Lubricants)

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Experience in trading and marketing of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to oil and gas industries, mining and other related industries, demonstrated experience in oil servicing company with maritime and supply knowledge.
    • Must be able to penetrate the cement, brewery, forest, mining, oil and gas industries as well as ship owners
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

    Requirements and Skills

    • High School Degree
    • 3 to 5 years proven experience as a Sales Executive with consumables, lubricants, equipment supply and spare parts.
    • Great marketing skills in equipment supply, sales of consumables and spare parts.
    • Will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining clients relationships and meeting or exceeding sales target.
    • Expand the visibility across regions.
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

    Supply Chain Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
    • Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish vendor relationships based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
    • Monitor supplier performance, conduct periodic evaluations, and address any issues or concerns.
    • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine supply requirements, create purchase requisitions, and manage procurement processes.
    • Review purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor inventory levels and track usage patterns to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
    • Analyze data and generate reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing for suppliers.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline procurement operations.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
    • Train and mentor junior staff members in procurement and supply chain best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
    • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement and supply chain management.
